Please correct me if I am thinking wrong – there is only one version Alpha model of this backpack on the market (from the begining of the series, without any iproved, newer releases)?

The only Alpha models we have are “Alpha,” and “Alpha-L,” the only distinction between the two being the “Alpha-L” can hold a laptop, hence the L. There is no Alpha Pro model.

The dimensions for the camera insert are as follows: 5.9H X 11.4L X 7D in, and 15H X 29L X 17.8D cm. Keep in mind that the camera inserts are adjustable, so it should not pose a problem to care one 9″ 1D. Two fast questions about Alpha:

1.Is this the same backpack as ‘Pro Alpha’ model? I was told that the ‘Pro’ is older version, but can not find any differences and information at the Naneu official website

2. Just wonder about space in the camera insert – can I put there 1Ds without loosing the comfort of traveling with it on my back (1Ds is 18 cm high)? I know, that I can go for Alpha L, but I do not need space for laptop.
